    These are moments that often occur throughout the wedding day. Please help us prepare for these occasions and activities by denoting if they are occurring and how we can help capture them for you
  • Is there anything special planned prior to your ceremony? (First Look, Tisch, Talmud, Ketubah, etc.)
  • Is there anything special planned during your ceremony? (Readings, Unity Candle, Encircling the Groom, Betrothal, Sheva Brachot Blessing, Singers, Musicians, etc.)
  • Is there anything special planned during your reception? (Introductions, Shabbat Blessing, Cake Cutting, Toasts, Speeches, Special Dances, Krenzi, Mizinke, Horah, Mitzvah Tantz, Brikat Homamzon, Slideshow, Tributes, Sparkler Exit, etc?)
  • Are there any special people to focus on aside from you, your family and your wedding party? (Elderly relatives who may pass soon, Out-Of-State Family/Friends, Extraordinary Friends such as High School Friend, Sorority Sisters / Fraternity Brothers, Work Colleagues, Sports Teammates, etc.)
  • Are there any exceptional circumstances or situations to be made aware of? Are there any relationships to avoid pairing in photos such as divorced family/friends? i.e. - Don't put "X" and "Y" together in photos.

  • WEDDING VENDORS

    Please help us prepare for your day by providing a list of your wedding vendors. We use this information to contact your vendors prior to your wedding in case we need to reach them. We always share photos with vendors, credit these vendors in our highlights online and require their information if you wedding were submitted for publication. Additionally, we always value recommended talented vendors to other clients. If you loved working with your vendors please let us know!
  • These portraits often occur prior to or immediate following the ceremony. Please indicate which groupings you wish to have captured. Note: Immediate Family Portraits often require 20-30 minutes including lighting set-up/testing/breakdown. Please plan to add an additional 15-20 minutes if incorporating your Extended Family.

    These portraits are often captured on-location either following a First Look or following your ceremony. Please allow 45-60 minutes to capture a variety of portraits in various locations of your wedding party.
  • Though we will strive to create original, inspiring portraits an capture unscripted moments throughout your day, we also value your input in gathering any specially requested groupings we've neglected to include. Please indicate your desired groupings which may be captured during Cocktail Hour or throughout your Reception.
